We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences, and payment authorization strictly for the purpose of planning and managing your travel arrangements.

When you submit a credit card authorization form through TravelJoy, your full payment information is securely transmitted and accessible only to Kbyeee Getaways for authorized travel purchases. We do not store card information outside of this secure platform, and you will never be charged without your explicit written consent. A new authorization form is required for each transaction, even for returning clients.

Third-Party Platforms

We use trusted third-party platforms including:

• TravelJoy for trip management and secure document collection
• PayPal for certain payment processing
• JotForm and Cognito Forms for optional travel intake forms

These platforms each maintain their own privacy and security standards, and we do not store or duplicate your information outside of these systems.

Interactive Travel Guides

If you purchase the Interactive Travel Guide add-on, a personalized web-based guide will be created for your getaway This guide may include your first name, destination, travel dates, and itinerary details. It will be hosted at a private link shared only with you and your travel group. The guide will remain live for 30 days after your trip ends, after which it will be taken down and the link will no longer work. A PDF copy will be sent to you within 7 days of your return for you to keep. Photos submitted for use in your guide will only be used as specified by the consent you provided at booking. No guide content is shared publicly or used for any purpose outside of your getaway.

Your Data

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. We may share necessary personal or booking information only with travel partners such as hotels, airlines, and cruise lines to fulfill your travel requests.
